I will provide you with a wide range of services and tools, including:
- Searching all current property listings on a daily basis through
the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Contacting listing agents to arrange for showings
- Procuring information on any properties that you bring to my attention
(e.g., for sale by owner)
- Advice on the pros and cons of areas, layouts and resale values
- Validation of your offer with comparable homes that have sold
in the area
- Written contractual offer to the seller
- Help obtaining expert advice about the property that goes beyond
the usual buyer's expertise
- Assistance in arranging a mortgage loan and coordinating with
a lender
- Vigilance to all performance dates required within the contract
- Review of title documents and help obtaining additional expert
advice, if needed
- Coordination of the closing date and time with all parties
- Review of all closing documents with you in preparation for the
closing date
- A review and advice on any counter proposal to your offer and
negotiations for the best price and terms
- Assistance in arranging an engineer's physical inspection of property
and help reviewing inspection
