Glass House Condos

East West Partners-Denver has begun construction on the latest edition of its Riverfront Park project, two 23-story condo high-rises called Glass House. Glass House, next to the Consolidated Main Line railroad tracks and 18TH street, will have 389 units when completed next year. Units will be priced from the mid-$100,000s to more than $600,000. It's the tallest building and will have the least expensive units built by East West. During the past four years, East West has completed about 440 units, some priced at more that $2 million. Almost evrything has been sold. Two 15-story towers will rest on eight lower floors for a total of 23 stories. The project will include a two-level, 6,500-square-foot health club for all owners in River Front, and outdoor swimming pool on the eighth floor and a 500-space parking garage. Units will wrap around the parking garage. On the railroad side, units will start on the eighth floor, so noise won't be a problem. A pedestrian bridge will cross the rail-road tracks at 18th street, connecting the development to LoDo.
