East West Partners-Denver developers of Central Platte valley’s Riverfront Park project will break ground on Delgany residences, the third phase of the downtown project. The third phase, which will include 44 homes priced between $500,000 and $1 million, is being launched early based on the success of the project’s other phases. The price point for this most recent phase is higher than the second phase of the project, Creekside, where the homes are priced between $200,000 and $400,000. Prices at phase one, which comprises three buildings, ranged from $200,000 for deed-restricted units to $2.5 million, said Chris Frampton, director of marketing for Riverfront Park.

Creekside is now under construction now and will be done in December. Thus far, 21 of the 40 units are sold. According to East West Partners, more that 90 percent of the homes in the first two phases has been sold. The retail space at the project also is completely leased, except for one 1,100 square-foot space.
